Weather Policy for Rainstorm and Typhoon Signals

In the interest of your children’s safety and in accordance with the guidelines of the EDB and Hong Kong Observatory, lessons will be cancelled in the event of adverse weather conditions. All sports and language lessons follow the policies below regarding the conditions under which lessons will be cancelled and the time at which cancellation comes into effect. In certain instances, classes may not proceed due to overriding circumstances, including but not limited to unsafe facilities, EDB or other announcements. In such cases, an announcement will be made on our website and no refund, credit, or make-ups will be provided.

Communication of Weather Cancellations

In case of weather cancellations, we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible.

Safety and Venue Conditions

In the interest of students’ safety, we reserve the right to cancel classes when a venue is deemed unsafe due to inclement weather. If a sports class is cancelled due to rain, students may attend make-up classes, if available, or receive a credit voucher for 50% of the class fee. No refund, credit, or make-ups will be provided in the event of typhoons and rainstorms.

Adherence to EDB Guidelines

We will follow the guidelines of the EDB when it recommends that schools be closed due to adverse weather conditions. In these circumstances, refunds, credits, or make-up classes will not be offered.
